The Royal Enclave of Hampi

About this tour

The Vijayanagara kingdom was ruled by four different dynasties from the 1300s to the 1500s. In this tour of the Royal Enclave, we will see where the monarchs, courtiers and soldiers lived. The structures were built in a beautiful Indo-Islamic style. Within the royal enclave, wise queens and ambitious commanders shaped the empire. It was where petitions were heard, currency minted, and future rulers groomed.

This tour is a mix of walking and driving.
